THE CONNECTICUT TEAM – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A positive and energetic attitude

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-5 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
  • 1-2 prior internships in Media, SEO, Business, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relations (preferred)
  • 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Politics, Media, Communication, History, or English (preferred but not required)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setting daily client appointments and interacting with customers face-to-face.
  • Overseeing the training of newer associates.
  • Assisting in recruiting for potential new candidates.
  • Planning events and hosting small group meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 – $1,200.00 per week

Supplemental Pay:
