The HR Agent
The client is a prominent agency in Florida. The client is committed to serving small businesses and ensuring the fair treatment of small businesses and is looking to bring on a dynamic, organized, innovative, can-do attitude type person, an independent problem solver, and who can offer creative solutions for program needs.
This person will be responsible for supporting office functions related to:
- Consultants will be responsible for learning and becoming highly knowledgeable with all aspects of the plan and associated programs (i.e., mortgage payment assistance, property tax assistance, homeowner insurance assistance, utility relief related programs, internet service assistance, and housing counseling services to assist homeowners with forbearance or at risk of foreclosure), terms, and eligibility requirements. At intake centers, Consultants will communicate directly with homeowners and families to determine their needs and assist with the program application process in a timely and customer service-oriented manner. Consultants will be expected to follow Indelible’s protocols and processes when helping homeowners navigate through the application process, making and documenting initial eligibility determinations, and answering questions related to the program. Consultants will also be responsible for training and assisting other team members with escalated cases.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing the management of day-to-day operations of the intake center (i.e., appointment check-ins, queue monitoring, managing homeowner documentation, scanning, uploading documentation, preparing and disseminating pertinent information to homeowners, tracking communications and engagement with homeowners, managing shipments, etc.).
Required Education & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Management Consulting Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Exceptional written communication and oral communication
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks within stated deadlines with limited supervision
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving
Awareness and understanding of situations that warrant escalation to a supervisor
- Cultural competency appropriate to the local community
- Detail-oriented approach with everyday tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
