IT Developer
Job Description:
You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
The Software Developer Member provides support to the senior developer to maintain and deploy new software releases for both eCommerce and local system processes. Collaboration with team members and development staff for ongoing projects is crucial to the company’s success. The Software Developer will need to be passionate and motivated to work alone and as a team member while working on all aspects of the company’s systems.
In addition this position will require application support for end users and back-end systems as well as maintain network and desktop equipment to ensure all aspects of the company’s systems are running securely and efficiently. Collaboration with management and team members on ongoing projects is crucial to the company’s success.
Position Responsibilities
- Design and develop Microsoft Net solutions
- Coordinate with staff to improve current websites and system processes
- Perform tasks as assigned to follow the software development lifecycle
- Work with project management tools to track tasks and update team members
- Point of Sale support for franchise members
- Support our eCommerce for customers and staff
- Operation support for order processing and distribution
- Workstation / Printer troubleshooting, maintenance & deployment
- Work with Project Management tools as a team member
- Hardware / Software installs and upgrades
- Manage IT documentation
- Network / VPN Support
- Exchange / Outlook and Active Directory support
- Desktop / Network Security – Firewall, Antivirus, security patch management
- Follow best practices to safeguard all business sensitive information
- Work flexible hours, including “on call” and evenings as needed to support 24/7 systems
- Other duties as assigned
