Logistics Specialist – Good360
If you are detailed, task-oriented, and well organized, we have an opportunity where you can expand your logistics, project management, and analytical skills, work with the biggest companies in the country, and help others at the same time. Since 1983 Good360 has been the global leader in product philanthropy, and we partner with socially responsible companies to source highly needed goods and distribute them through our network of diverse nonprofits – helping to close the need gap. We’re growing rapidly and so we’re expanding our logistics team with an additional position in Omaha (or possibly Alexandria, VA)
As a Logistics Specialist you will:
- Help manage relationships with transportation providers and offsite locations
- Manage daily LTL transportation operations from multiple locations
- Provide support to the Transportation Manager in the movement of truckloads
- Primary owner of transportation request for key donor locations
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and transaction request
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly tracking reports
- Assist with freight audit and pay for transportation invoices
- Provide additional support to the transportation and logistics team as needed

What we need from you!
- 2+ years of work experience showing growth in responsibilities
- Logistics experience helpful, but not required. We will train the right person.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills are critical
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience
- Project management ability
- Ability to travel once or twice a quarter (post-Covid)
- Entrepreneurial energy
- Creative problem-solving talents
- Ability to handle occasional issues during evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 – $49,000.00 per year
