Outside Sales Representatives Needed!

$100k – $150K Realistic Earning Potential!

Alpha 1 Restorations is a Veteran owned and operated roofing company seeking experienced and motivated Outside Sales Reps for our League City location!

This position allows you the freedom to work at your own pace and have a flexible schedule. We provide an extensive training program as well as one of the industry’s top virtual training platforms to help you succeed!

Six figure income realistic within your first year!

DO YOU QUALIFY?

• Integrity and high moral values a must.
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Strong Closing skills is a must.
• Must have a Truck/SUV and 2-story ladder to perform roof inspections.
• Aid homeowners in filing insurance claims for property reparations after storm damage and/or catastrophic events.
• Work with insurance adjusters, submit proposals, investigate properties, and close projects.
• Past sales and/or sales experience in construction a plus but will train the right individual(s).
• Must possess a proven track record in closing high ticket items.
• Must have a positive attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.
• Advancement opportunities available for our growing company.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• This is a 100% commission-based opportunity.
