Southwest Grill Maintenance Looking for General Laborer at Binghamton, NY

General Laborer

As a laborer for us, you would have the prime responsibilities of traveling to construction sites and taking direction from the site supervisor or working with one of our craftsmen. This will be a traveling position with potential overnight stays and home on the weekends.

Responsibilities:

– Operate and care for construction equipment and tools

– Prep construction sites by cleaning and hazards

– Load and unload construction materials

– Follow instructions from supervisors

– Assist craft workers

– Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary

– Perform site clean-up

Requirements:

– Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation

– Be at least 18 years of age

– Ability to perform physical labor

– Ability to work in all weather

– Workers must be punctual and reliable

– Must be able to work alone

– Must be able to work out of the area during the week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
