We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. Our Dispatch Operators act as a liaison between customers and or non emergency police staff, resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face and dispatch officers on unauthorized movement seen at construction projects.
The target is to ensure we respond affectively and efficiently to customer inquiries and non emergency police staff while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
*Remote position, but candidate’s must be located in Arizona
*Remove position, but training will be in person
Responsibilities
- Manage customer incoming calls and or messages
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Provide effective and efficient updates to non emergency police staff
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of geography
