Director of Operations for Ecommerce
The purpose of this role is to lead & direct the Ecommerce side of the business and ultimately free up the CEO’s time and resources to focus on growth initiatives for the business.

  • You are organized and very detail-oriented
  • You are great at taking SOPs and processes from out of the CEO’s head and CREATING them in a way the team can follow.
  • Great working in fast-paced environments with a lot of things going on at once (you can prioritize and work on the most important things).
  • You are willing to take on tasks and learn quickly even if you’ve never done them before – you’ve got a “figure it out” attitude.
  • You love efficiency and finding better, faster, more efficient ways to do things!

Who We Can Be Together:

  • You’ll be able to organize the SOPs and processes for the Ecommerce and Customer Service teams to help streamline the flow of both our internal stores as well as our client stores as they scale.
  • You’ll be able to free up the CEO’s time to focus on growth initiatives for the company.
  • You’ll be the point of contact for the Ecommerce and Customer Service teams when anything new or unexpected happens and we get to figure out how to respond.

Ideal Outcome:

  • The CEO no longer is the go-to person for issues and problems that arise on the Ecom side of the business.
  • The team has the SOPs and processes documented and smoothed out so that even a new hire on the team can effectively.
  • Helps the Ecom team scale to managing 100+ stores that all have great performance and health metrics.

Success Criteria: How will we measure your success in this role?

  • Ability to create and map out 1+ processes/SOPs every single week for the team to follow.
  • Help keep tasks organized and prioritized so the team and the CEO know what to focus on this week.
  • You can focus on creating freedom for the CEO (and yourself) by creating templates, SOPs, and processes that reduce workload while also allowing the team to take on more clients.

Required Skills:

  • Absolutely must have prior experience/knowledge of ecommerce businesses (including product sourcing, FBA/WFS, dropshipping, store performance metrics, and handling any issues from Amazon or Walmart).
  • Must have experience using ClickUp as a project management platform.
  • Great written and verbal (virtual meetings or on phone) communication in English.
  • Must have experience creating new SOPs and processes as well as improving existing ones.

Pay: $3,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month
