Dance Generation is one of the oldest established dance studios in the South. It has continued for more than three generations offering quality dance, baton, and gymnastic instruction. We strive to give all students top quality instruction while providing an atmosphere that will show a passion for dance as well as love and a concern for children.
We are looking for an Email/Chat Support Specialist who will be responsible to act as a liaison between the company and its customers through live chat or email. The Specialist will be obliged to maintain the company’s worldwide reputation by serving on the frontline of customer experience with excellent communication skills and providing satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Prompt chat and email response to customers
  • Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
  • Develop customer service solutions
  • Maintain service level

  • Intermediate or above
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
  • Flexibility
