Full Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Performs data mining, analytics, concept development, and auditing
- Supports business segment leaders by generating monthly and quarterly reports for discussion with respective team and partners
- Develops ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis
- Interacts with Accounting team to generate monthly financial reports
- Generates budgets across multiple business segments
- Conducts advanced metric reporting
- Participates in continuous quality improvement process
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate FP&A, or Public Accounting
- Background in working with professional service businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with additional professional development or designations preferred, such as CFA
- Experience with analyzing M&A transactions, including financial modeling and transaction execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and system databases required
- Strong analytical skills, including analysis, data collection, process mapping and troubleshooting for root cause
- Must be detail-oriented and achieve timeline results
- Must demonstrate the organization’s core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm’s culture.
