Answers phones and make calls to schedule Vehicle Service Appointments, handles all aspects of Recall management as well as assisting Service Advisors with customer communication. Makes calls to customers who have maintenance/service due for their vehicles and schedule appointments.
and any other activities that fall within the scope of the position.

Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour. there are easily attainable bonus

Location:
Responsibilities:
- Call customers that are due for maintenance for their vehicles.
- Call customers that own vehicles eligible for recall services
- Call customers that are due for a repair that needs to be scheduled.
- Answer incoming calls to take care of customers interested in coming to our service department.
The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Sundays we are closed.

- Strong customer service skills
- Strong over the phone communication skills

- Must be able to become a team player with the service advisors
