Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop meaningful relationships with customers (Management Offices) to encourage trust and loyalty
· Follow up on leads to further the sales process
· Set and meet sales and marketing goals with objectives set by leadership – outside sales
· Improve sales and marketing skills to increase sales success rates
· Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
· Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
· Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
· Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
· Communicating with client to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
Skills and Qualifications:
· Communication: Both strong listening and communication skills are crucial. Sales representatives need to know when to talk and when to listen. Representatives will also learn how to listen for common objections and utilize sales and marketing training to overcome them.
· Organization: Maintaining an organized book of business and appropriately following up with leads is critical to maximizing an agents earnings potential.
· Teamwork: Many sales and marketing representatives work in a team environment. They may have to interact with operations, technicians or other sales and marketing agents to meet sales goals. Interpersonal and teamwork skills will assist the sales representative in being effective within the collaborative environment.
· Persuasion: Skills in persuasion and influencing can greatly impact an agents opportunity for expedited growth. Salespersons will learn to build relationships, develop trust and learn when to persuade.
· Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients and best communicate through additional channels
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
· Exceptional marketing skills to best present the product/service to new customers
· Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
· Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $75,966.00 – $110,780.00 per year
