Requirements and job duties are as follows:
- Sales experience
- Automotive mechanical knowledge preferred
- Exceptional communication
- This individual will need to be able to connect with people, work as a team and multitask
- All newly hired team members will go through training to learn how to appraise a car and determine its value.
The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Providing a great customer experience
- Appraising and purchasing inventory from customers in the Norman market and surrounding areas
- Building customer relationships
- Communicating the outcomes of customer interactions and appointments
- Accurately assessing a vehicle for condition and value
- Delivering an appraisal offer to customers
- Purchasing inventory that is profitable
