Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coach leadership and lead the deployment of Lean implementation process within the site
- Deploy the learning modules of Lean
- Compile defined metrics and report regularly to Senior Leadership
- Coordinate staff, management, and leadership education of Lean practices
- Demonstrate the knowledge of Lean methodology, principles and tools incorporated into daily work.
- Direct and participate in organizational needs assessment, development of program plans, goals and objectives regarding Lean implementation
- Direct evaluation, update and revisions of project plans to meet project deadlines
- Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, teamwork, creativity, and success
- Coach leadership and lead the deployment of Lean implementation process within the site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
